Our emergency service, which operates outside of routine opening hours, is based at our Pennards branch in Sevenoaks. The emergency service team comprises of a qualified veterinary team, both of which stay at our premises and allow us to offer 24/7 care and peace of mind, 365 days a year. At Pennard Veterinary Group, we understand how worrying it can be in these emergency situations and we endevour to provide a professional and reassuring approach in a potentially stressful time. Pennard Veterinary Group share computerized records between sites, so if your pet deteriorates with a current condition you can be assured we will have the most recent notes.

We will then assess the situation with you on the telephone and if necessary we will then ask you to come to the surgery so that our Veterinary Surgeon can examine your pet.
If the surgery is closed please call: 01732 452344
You will hear a answer phone message, giving you the mobile telephone number of the Duty Veterinary Surgeon who will discuss the case with you and arrange any necessary consultation and treatment. Waiting for normal business hours may prolong your pets suffering and could seriously compromise its health.
When you place the emergency phone call, please assist us by passing on all the information you can and follow any guidance offered by the veterinary staff. This will help ensure your pet doesn't suffer any further distress or injury in the course of getting the assistance required.
Any necessary treatment or medication administered by the emergency vet will be charged in addition to the emergency consultation fee. Please do ask the veterinary surgeon for charges. |
